Terms of Service

Effective date: September 5, 2026 · Version 2026-09-05b · Privacy Policy

Please read these terms carefully. They are a binding agreement between you and Layla. They include: an entertainment-only disclaimer (Layla is not advice of any kind); a subscription and free-trial section (your card is charged when a trial ends unless you cancel); a licence and data section under which you give Layla a perpetual licence to use what you enter, in identifiable and de-identified form, for research, model training, product development and any other business purpose, without compensation; disclaimers and a limitation of liability; and a dispute-resolution section with binding individual arbitration and a class-action waiver, from which you can opt out within thirty days. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Agreement and acceptance

These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your access to and use of the Layla website at hilayla.co, the installable Layla web application, Layla’s readings, letters, notifications, share cards, emails, social-media content and every related feature and service (together, the Service). The Service is operated by Layla (Layla, we, us, our). You means the person who accesses or uses the Service.

By ticking the consent box at the door, entering a password or invitation code, signing in, starting a free reveal, subscribing, buying a reading, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, and you agree to be bound by them. If you use the Service on behalf of another person or an organisation you represent that you have authority to bind them, and “you” includes them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in the place where you live if that is higher, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement, that you are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law, and that you have not previously been removed from the Service. We may ask for proof of age and may suspend or close access where we believe these requirements are not met.

3. What Layla is, and is not

3.1 Astrology, for reflection and entertainment. Layla computes an astrological chart from the birth details you give it, in the tradition of Jyotisha (Vedic astrology), and writes readings, letters and answers on that basis. Astrology is not a science and has no demonstrated predictive validity. Everything Layla produces, including anything about your character, past, future, relationships, health, money, work, timing, “windows”, “chapters”, confidence figures, scores, compatibility and the people in your life, is provided solely for reflection, self-exploration, cultural interest and entertainment.

3.2 Not advice. Nothing in the Service is, or should be taken as, medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, career, relationship, parenting, safety, or other professional advice, diagnosis, treatment or recommendation, and no professional, fiduciary, confidential or therapeutic relationship is created by your use of the Service. You should not make, delay, or refrain from any decision on the basis of a reading. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any question you may have about your health, your finances, your legal position, or any other matter of consequence, and never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something Layla wrote.

3.3 Not an emergency or crisis service. Layla is not monitored by people in real time and cannot respond to emergencies. If you are in danger, thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately (in the United States, call or text 988).

3.4 No guarantees. Readings are generated partly by machine-learning models and may be wrong, inconsistent, incomplete, out of date, or inappropriate. Birth times recorded on documents are often inaccurate and small errors change a chart. Layla’s “rectified” birth time is an estimate, not a fact. We make no representation or warranty that any reading is accurate, reliable, complete, or suitable for any purpose, or that any event described will or will not occur.

3.5 Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use anything Layla produces, and for the decisions you make. You agree that you use the Service with full knowledge of the matters in this section.

4. Access, passwords, invitations and accounts

4.1 Ways in. The Service may be opened with a password or invitation code we issue, by signing in with an email address or a Google account, or, for the free reveal, with no sign-in at all. Passwords and invitation codes are personal to the person we issued them to; each invitation admits one person on one device unless we say otherwise. You may share the invitation codes shown in your profile with people you know, but you may not sell them, post them publicly, or use them to admit more people than intended.

4.2 Your obligations. You agree to give accurate information, to keep it up to date, to keep your password, codes, devices and sign-in tokens secure, not to let anyone else use your access, and to tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for everything that happens under your access until you tell us otherwise.

4.3 One person, one profile. Layla’s readings are built for the person whose birth details are entered. You may enter other people only through the Loved Ones feature or by asking Layla questions about them, and only as permitted in section 9.

4.4 Our discretion. We may refuse, limit, suspend, or revoke any password, code, account, trial, complimentary access or membership at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, where required by law, or to protect the Service or other readers. Complimentary access has no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Beta, testing and limited access

The Service, or parts of it, may be offered as a beta, preview, test, invitation-only or limited release. Such features may be incomplete, may change or be withdrawn at any time, may not work as described, and may be offered on special pricing or free of charge for a limited time. If you take part in testing you agree to give honest feedback if asked, you agree that we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation, and you agree not to share confidential details of unreleased features. Test access, free access, tester keys and promotional codes may be limited, withdrawn, or converted to paid access on notice.

6. Membership, trials, purchases and billing

6.1 What is free and what is paid. Parts of the Service are free. Other parts are available only with a paid membership called Layla’s Circle (the Membership) or with a one-time purchase of a particular reading (a One-Time Read). Current prices, what each includes, and any free-trial terms are shown in the Service at the point of purchase and are part of these Terms. At the time of writing the Membership is US $11.99 per month with a seven-day free trial, The Year Ahead is US $19 once, and a Match Read is US $9 once. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated.

6.2 Free trial. When you start a Membership with a free trial you must provide a valid payment method. You will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the then-current monthly price at the end of the trial and the Membership will renew automatically each month. One trial per person; we may refuse a trial to anyone who has had one before or who we believe is trying to get repeated trials.

6.3 Automatic renewal. The Membership is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price at each renewal, until you cancel. We will tell you about price changes in advance as described in section 7.3.

6.4 Payment processing. Payments are handled by Stripe. By purchasing you authorise us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for all amounts due, including recurring charges, taxes, and any amounts due on retry after a failed payment. You agree to Stripe’s terms of service. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. If a payment fails we may retry it, and we may suspend or end the Membership until it is paid.

6.5 One-Time Reads. A One-Time Read unlocks the specific reading described at purchase (for example the year ahead for the birth details on file, or the match between you and one named person) for the period shown. It does not include any other reading and is not a Membership. If the reading is stated to “count toward” a later Membership, that credit is applied on request within the stated period and is not payable in cash.

6.6 Promotional codes. Promotional or discount codes may be subject to additional terms, may be limited in number, time, or to particular people, may not be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn if misused.

6.7 Taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, goods-and-services or similar taxes that apply to your purchase. Where we are required to collect them they will be added at checkout.

6.8 Access is tied to the account. Membership and unlocks are recorded against the account or access that made the purchase. You can use them on any device by signing in the same way.

7. Cancellation, refunds and price changes

7.1 Cancelling. You may cancel the Membership at any time from your profile, which opens the billing portal, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (or the end of the trial, if you cancel during the trial); you keep access until then and are not charged again. Deleting the app or your browser data does not cancel a subscription.

7.2 Refunds. Because the Service delivers digital content immediately on purchase, all fees are non-refundable and there are no credits for partial periods, unused readings, or periods in which you did not use the Service, except (a) where we choose in our sole discretion to give one, (b) where a reading could not be delivered because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix within a reasonable time, or (c) where a refund is required by the law of your country, in which case the refund will be limited to what that law requires. If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom or another place with a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for digital content, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately on purchase and acknowledge that you thereby lose that right of withdrawal to the extent the law allows. Chargebacks made without first contacting us may result in suspension of your access.

7.3 Price and plan changes. We may change the price of the Membership or a One-Time Read, or change what is included, at any time. Changes to the price of an existing Membership will be notified to you at least thirty (30) days before they take effect, by email where we have one and in the Service, and will apply from your next renewal after that period. If you do not agree to a price change you may cancel before it takes effect; continuing after that date means you accept the new price.

8. Your information and the licence you give us

8.1 What you provide. To work, Layla needs the details you enter: birth date, time and place, answers to its questions, stories, relationship status, the people you add, your questions and messages, and any other content you submit (together, Your Content). You keep whatever rights you have in Your Content.

8.2 The licence. By submitting Your Content you grant Layla, and its successors, assigns and service providers, a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable and sublicensable (through multiple tiers) licence to host, store, copy, reproduce, process, analyse, adapt, modify, translate, reformat, combine, de-identify, aggregate, create derivative works from, and otherwise use Your Content and any Derived Data (as defined in the Privacy Policy) for the purposes of (a) operating, providing, securing, personalising and delivering the Service to you; (b) maintaining, improving, developing and testing the Service and our rules, prompts, scoring systems, statistical models and machine-learning systems; (c) conducting research and analysis of every kind, including academic, scientific, statistical, astrological and commercial research; (d) developing new features, products and services, whether or not related to Layla; (e) producing reports, benchmarks, publications, visualisations and other materials; (f) marketing and promoting the Service, provided that Your Content is used in marketing only in de-identified form or with your separate permission; and (g) any other lawful purpose whatsoever, now known or later devised. This licence continues after you stop using the Service and after your account is closed. Uses that involve identifiable Personal Information are carried out as described in the Privacy Policy; uses of de-identified or aggregated data are unrestricted.

8.2A Model training and product development. Without limiting section 8.2, you expressly agree that Your Content, your questions and conversations with Layla, your confirmations and corrections, and all Derived Data may be used by Layla, its affiliates, successors and licensees, in identifiable and de-identified form, to train, fine-tune, test, evaluate and improve machine-learning and artificial-intelligence models, rule systems, prompts and scoring systems, and to build, test and sell products and services, whether or not related to Layla, without notice, attribution or compensation. You agree that data used in this way cannot be separated from the resulting models, rules and products, and that deleting your account does not require us to retrain, unwind or withdraw them.

8.3 De-identified and aggregated data. You agree that we may create de-identified and aggregated data from Your Content, Derived Data and your use of the Service, that such data is not personal information and is owned by Layla, and that we may use, publish, license, sell, share and otherwise exploit it for any purpose, without restriction, notice, attribution or compensation, during and after your use of the Service, as set out in more detail in the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms requires us to delete de-identified or aggregated data when you delete your information.

8.3A No compensation; publicity. You agree that you are not entitled to any payment, royalty, credit or other compensation for any use of Your Content, Derived Data, feedback, or de-identified or aggregated data, and that Layla may describe, quote and display de-identified examples of readings, questions and outcomes in publications, presentations, marketing and product materials.

8.4 Feedback. If you give us ideas, suggestions or feedback about the Service, you grant us the right to use them for any purpose without restriction or compensation, and you waive any moral rights in them to the extent permitted by law.

8.5 Your promises about Your Content. You represent and warrant that Your Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have every right, consent and permission needed to submit it and to grant the licence in section 8.2, that it does not infringe or violate anyone’s rights, and that it does not contain anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful or harmful.

8.6 Privacy. Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Where these Terms and the Privacy Policy overlap, the Privacy Policy governs the treatment of personal information.

9. Information about other people

You may enter information about another person (for example under Loved Ones, or when you ask Layla about someone) only if you have the right to do so, including any consent the law of your or their country requires, and only for your own personal, non-commercial reflection. You must not enter information about a person who has asked you not to, use the Service to harass, stalk, monitor, intimidate, or make decisions about another person, or present a reading about someone to them or to others as fact. You are solely responsible for information you enter about others and for any consequences of doing so, and you agree to indemnify us under section 16 for claims arising from it.

10. Our content and intellectual property

10.1 Ownership. The Service, including its software, engine, rules, prompts, calculations, designs, text, graphics, illustrations, story cards, reels, music, share cards, names, logos, look and feel, and all readings, letters, portraits, answers and other output (Layla Content), and all intellectual-property rights in them, are owned by Layla or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret and other laws. Except for the limited licence in section 10.2, no right, title or interest in Layla Content is transferred to you.

10.2 Your licence. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service, and to view, save and print your own readings and to share the share cards the Service creates, for your personal, non-commercial use only.

10.3 Restrictions. You may not, and may not allow anyone else to: copy, reproduce, republish, sell, rent, license, distribute, or commercially exploit Layla Content or the Service; use readings or other output to build, train, improve, or evaluate a competing product or any machine-learning model; reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, or attempt to derive the rules, prompts, source code, scoring or methods behind the Service; remove or alter any notices; frame or mirror any part of the Service; or use Layla’s name, marks or content to suggest endorsement.

10.4 Trademarks. “Layla”, the Layla marks and logos and “hilayla.co” are trademarks of Layla. You may not use them without our written permission.

10.5 Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to the contact in section 22 with the information required by the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act or the equivalent law where you live.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to attempt to, do any of the following:

We may investigate and take any action we consider appropriate in response to a breach, including removing content, suspending or ending access, and reporting to law enforcement.

12. Artificial intelligence and accuracy

Layla’s written output is produced with the help of large language models operated by third parties. Such models generate text statistically; they do not know you and can produce statements that sound confident but are false, inconsistent, biased, or inappropriate, and their output may vary between runs. Layla adds rules, checks and formatting, but cannot guarantee any output. Layla may also apply automated moderation and quality checks to output and to your messages. You acknowledge these characteristics, agree to review output critically, and agree that Layla has no liability for any reliance on output. Any figures Layla shows for “how strong” or “how sure” are heuristics, not measurements of probability. Any statement Layla makes about illness, death, danger, or loss must be read as symbolic and must never be relied on; see section 3.

13. Changes, availability and termination

13.1 Changes to the Service. We may add, change, suspend or remove any feature, reading, price, plan, or the whole Service at any time, with or without notice. We may impose limits on use or storage. We are not liable to you for any change, suspension or discontinuation.

13.2 Availability. The Service may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, updates, failures of third-party providers, or events beyond our control. We do not guarantee any level of availability. We are not responsible for readings that are late, cut off, or not delivered because of such events, though we will try to make them available again where we reasonably can.

13.3 Termination by you. You may stop using the Service at any time. You may cancel a Membership as described in section 7.1 and ask us to delete your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.4 Termination by us. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including where we believe you have breached these Terms, where required by law, where continuing would expose us to liability, or where we discontinue the Service. If we terminate without cause while you have a paid Membership, we will refund the unused portion of the current period on a pro-rata basis as your sole remedy.

13.5 Effect. On termination your licence ends, you must stop using the Service, and we may delete Your Content and Derived Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 3, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14 to 18 and 21) will survive.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all Layla Content are provided “as is”, “as available” and “with all faults”, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. Layla and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors and service providers expressly disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and any warranties arising from course of dealing, usage or trade. Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; that any reading, prediction, timing, score, compatibility or other output will be accurate, reliable, complete, or true, or that any event will or will not occur; that defects will be corrected; or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Layla or through the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case the disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Layla or its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors or service providers be liable to you or to anyone else for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, data, or for emotional distress, personal injury, or any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance on the Service or any reading, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, however caused and under any theory of liability (contract, tort including negligence, strict liability, statute or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Layla and the persons listed above for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Layla for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) fifty US dollars (US $50).

15.1 Assumption of risk and release. You understand that astrology readings, timing predictions, compatibility verdicts and machine-generated text can be wrong, and you accept the entire risk of reading them, sharing them, and acting or not acting on them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and forever discharge Layla and the persons listed above from all claims, demands, losses and damages of every kind, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising out of or relating to any reading or other output, your reliance on it, any decision you make or do not make, and any dispute with another person about a reading. If you live in California you waive California Civil Code section 1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”

15.2 Time limit on claims. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be started within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.

The limitations in this section are fundamental elements of the bargain between you and Layla, and the Service would not be provided without them. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, including for death, personal injury, fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for consumers’ statutory rights; nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and in such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law permits.

16. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Layla and its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) Your Content, including information you enter about other people; (c) your breach of these Terms or of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any dispute between you and any other person in connection with the Service. We may assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with us, and you may not settle any such matter without our written consent.

17. Dispute resolution, arbitration and class waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights, including your right to bring a claim in court and to take part in a class action.

17.1 Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at the address in section 22 with a written description of the dispute and what you want, and to try in good faith to resolve it informally with us for at least sixty (60) days. We agree to do the same before starting a proceeding against you. Any limitation period is tolled during this period.

17.2 Binding arbitration. If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and Layla agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Service, including their formation, interpretation, breach, termination, enforceability or validity, and including the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate (a Dispute), will be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except as set out in sections 17.5 and 17.6. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in force, as modified by this section, or, if the AAA is unavailable, by another established arbitration provider agreed by the parties or appointed by a court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section. The arbitrator will be a single neutral arbitrator, will have exclusive authority to resolve any Dispute including arbitrability, may award any relief a court could award to the individual claimant, and will issue a reasoned written decision. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

17.3 Procedure and costs. Arbitration will take place in the county where you live, or by telephone, video, or written submissions if you and the arbitrator agree, or if the amount in dispute is under US $10,000. AAA’s consumer fee schedule applies; if your claim is for less than US $10,000 and you cannot afford the filing fee, we will pay it on request. Each side bears its own legal fees unless the arbitrator finds a claim or defence frivolous or brought for an improper purpose, or applicable law provides otherwise.

17.4 Class and representative action waiver. You and Layla each agree that a Dispute may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, private-attorney-general or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request (and only that claim or request) will be severed and brought in court under section 18, and the remainder will proceed in arbitration.

17.5 Exceptions. Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual-property rights or to stop unauthorised use of the Service. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a complaint to a government agency.

17.6 Opt-out. You may opt out of the arbitration agreement and class waiver in sections 17.2 to 17.4 by emailing the address in section 22 within thirty (30) days after you first accept these Terms, with the subject line “Arbitration opt-out”, your name, and the email or birth details associated with your use of the Service. If you opt out, or if arbitration is found not to apply, section 18 governs where Disputes are heard. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

17.7 Changes. If we change this section after you accept these Terms, you may reject the change by emailing us within thirty (30) days of the change, in which case the previous version of this section continues to apply to Disputes between you and Layla.

17.7A Jury trial waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, if any Dispute proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and Layla each waive the right to a trial by jury.

17.7B Coordinated filings. If twenty-five (25) or more similar arbitration demands are brought against Layla by the same or coordinated counsel, the demands will be resolved in staged batches of no more than twenty-five (25), with the outcome of each batch informing good-faith settlement discussions before the next proceeds, and filing fees are due only for demands in an active batch. Any applicable limitation period is tolled while a demand is waiting for its batch.

17.8 Consumers outside the United States. If you live in a country whose mandatory consumer law does not permit binding pre-dispute arbitration or class waivers, this section applies only to the extent permitted, and you keep any right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence and to the protection of its mandatory consumer laws. Residents of the European Union may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.

18. Governing law

These Terms and any Dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except that section 17 is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Subject to section 17, any Dispute that is heard in court will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Connecticut, and you and Layla consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, this section does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence or of the right to bring proceedings there. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

19. Third-party services and platforms

The Service relies on and links to services operated by others, including Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in and language models), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Apple, Google and Mozilla (browsers, home-screen installation and push notifications), and social platforms such as Instagram. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for them, for their availability, or for anything you do on them. If you install the Service to your home screen, the relevant platform’s rules apply in addition to these Terms, and that platform is not a party to these Terms and has no obligations to you in relation to the Service.

20. Changes to these terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. When we do we will update the effective date and version at the top of the page. For material changes we will give you reasonable notice before they take effect, in the Service, by email where we have one, or by another reasonable means, and where the law requires we will ask you to accept them again. Changes will not apply retroactively. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the Service and, if you have a Membership, cancel it before the change takes effect. Section 17.7 applies to changes to the arbitration section.
